Links On Our Site To Outside Sources/Content

Some of our content and open spaces on our site may use affiliate or referral links. Not all links are affiliate/referral links but we still working on moderating what is post.  All of our content creators/staff are allowed to do this with the trust level they trust what they are promoting. Our Administrators/Partner staff (site owners) moderate what is posted, sometimes before it’s publicly posted. We have banned link list that only staff can see. These are links we know are not good and a not allowed to be posted anywhere within our site. Even articles/blog posts will not have direct link to and will have a warning not to visit in the post in question. We do a lot of investigative type journalism so something not be fully verified by us and we will state this in the content containing such links in which we advise to click at your own risk. All of our staff and we strive to only promote stuff we believe in and use.

We also use Google Ad sense for our advertising partner to help bring in some extra income to keep us online and help staff make some extra money for doing what we do here. With this being stated we at Thoughts Of Everything media have no control of what ads are being displayed. We advise you to click any link at your own risk as we have not way to verify what Google Ad Sense displays on our site. We will mention that we did our research on Ad Sense before sign up and giving ad space to them. We believe to for the most part moderate their advertisers as it is has been a super pain to get my publisher account approved by Google. We believe it would be the same process for advertisers.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Web site or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact
us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond
directly to you.

Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness
or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the
website is kept up to date.

Content Liability

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify
and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website. No link(s) may appear on any
page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as

Supporter Accounts

Supporter accounts are account of site users who have kind of like donated any amount to keep us online and help us do what we do here. At Thoughts Of Everything, we are like a non-profit as all income after running costs are split among staff. Supporter accounts are lifetime access and there will be tiers. Beginning access gives the user access to our supporter only forums where the user can post what they want almost. See posts and pages only available for support members. Access to our content only available for supporter members on our other platforms such as our Youtube channel and what not.

We have plans for newsletters in the future as it is still in the works but not yet available.

We do not provide refunds on supporter accounts as they are not something you need to purchase to access our site our most of our content which is freely available to the public. Do not donate/support us if you are not completely sure as getting a supporter account can be as little as $0.01. Now we will work with you if a dispute arises but because the nature of supporter accounts we will considering we are like a non-profit in there some of the tie we don’t make anything. At the time of this terms and condition edit (bottom of the page) we have not made anything and the cost has been coming out of @ru-kun’s and his wife @vivicawolf’s pockets but it keep us online and doing what we do here. If refund is requested for whatever reason access to the site maybe revoked. So please don’t purchase support access unless you really want it. Most of our content is free in a lot of case you just help us stay online.
