Hello everyone. My name is Russell Lukach-Krueger ( Ru-Kun Rutakus @rukun), and I’m the creator of this website and the “Thoughts of Everything” brand. If you haven’t already done so, please visit our ‘About Us’ page: https://www.thoughtsofeverything.org/about-thoughts-of-everything/. This page is a great place to start in understanding what Thoughts Of Everything is about. Thoughts Of Everything is like a non-profit in style media company, at least this is our goal.
One part is to be more transparent about our finances, including running costs and how much is sent out to our content creators. All income is split among all “active” staff and content creators after the”running costs. We will post updates and whatnot, probably in the news section.
We will post our transparency reports once a month, and they will be done at the end of the month. What we will include in these reports are all costs from running the Thoughts Of Everything project; this is the first cost before anything else is paid. This includes: domain names costs (we own 2 top-level domains), our web server hosting costs, payment processing fees (usually taken out when money is received/payment processed), advertising costs, and once a month, we take 1% off the remaining incom,e where staff will vote on a cause we will help, like saving shelter animals.
After the above costs, the remaining income is split among all “active”staff. What active staff means is all of our content creators and other staff are active by what we have set up for our activity requirements. Our current staff activity requirements are either 28 content posts a month across all platforms(website, YouTube, Twitch, etc) and/or help out with admin work, moderation, and other tasks that we need help to keep this project going. Currently, any number of hours helps with the admin work, as we are still testing how much time it actually takes to do the tasks.

If our monthly costs are not met, the project owners have been covering the costs. The person who pays the bill will be listed below.
Our Project Costs
- Our web hosting/server costs are $16.50 a month ($198 a year)
- Our .org top-level domain name (thoughtsofeverything.org) costs are $21.83 a year (about $1.82 a month)
- Our .com top-level domain name (thoughtsofeverything.com) costs are $16.79 a year
Total Project Costs: $236.62 a year.
