Hello again readers and visitors. I would first like to say that I’ve been a bit busy lately and haven’t had the time to post here. But I will say that I will make time to blog because the task in itself and running this web site is therapeutic for me. But I bee thinking a lot of creating my own earning and starting to get more serious as I would like to be working for myself rather then anywhere else where you are considered easily replaceable. The fact is now I just launched my own traffic exchange called Rutakus Pixle TE<-(click here) and if you haven’t done so get your ass over there and join. I have a referral contest going on until the end of this month. Anyways, this is the first official Thoughts of Everything Earning team. Most online teams donh’t really give you the help you need or really teach you anything that can help you earn and /or earn online. Well I mean there is help but too me is seems as if it has always been the minimum as if enough to get referrals and that was it. Greed is a bit player in this factor. Hell, maybe I’m being greedy too as I could have spent more time researching too before getting ripped off. It can’t be all about the money. I ‘m doing my best to ingrain that thought in to my head as I believe with every inch of my soul being all about the money is a problem. So with the creation of this team I have also create a forums for our team in the discussion area and it will be a members only board but join the team will be easy once I get everything configured.

This site is called EasyHits4U and is a must have is you run a web site have some sort of video channel like youtube or any other thing online you want to get views to. Human traffic that is well most site attempt to make sure they have human eyes viewing. Anyways so though this is a traffic exchange you can still make some money from it by having referrals. I will create a full tutorial for this site here sometime soon , but for right now once you have an account and are my referral you look at the top and you will see a tab tittled “referral”. That is what your going to click and get you link. Now you just copy and paste your link where you want to share it. You must make sure your using your referral link or you will not get any referrals. In that same area there is a link tyo get into your promotional tools such as banners and what not. We will go into that later. Once you start having referral you can earn $0.10 for every referral that clicks/views/surfs 100 or more sites. Also you get free surf credits from your referrals as well.
