Hello everyone Ru-Kun Rutakus @ru-kun this is gonna be a little short post. Sorry y'all.
I think it's time to change and challenge the game a little bit here. Kind of plane went around with an idea, and now I'm just going to get it posted, so that way, I can manifest it. I don't know how this is gonna work, but I'm thinking about implementing in my business, where employees can no longer be fired for missing too much work. The reason I want to do this as life happens. Some people will have it more to others. I don't know. I think this is a good idea once I get to the stages of actually hiring employees. Because right now all I do is have people doing contract work. And it's only because I can't really give them or guarantee them any hours.
Although here at thoughts of everything, that's not a big issue, because all of our content creators are not really employees like yeah, as I said they're more or less contractors but we run like a nonprofit in a sense here, but I do have other businesses that I'm gonna implement this idea and maybe I'll just document the journey. On this website of how this all goes, this is a guess going to be the start. I don't know. We'll see what happens if you guys want to see this and have me document the journey?
