The Start Of New Thoughts Of Everything Project Scams Are Everywhere. Hunting Fake Animal Rescues & Those Who Harm Animals. The Beginning: “A stray dog tore Luna’s face apart.” The Save Luna Scam.

Hello everyone out there in Internet land, and how is it going today? I hope you all are doing well. I'm not doing the world's best as far as having to write and start this project, where I have to investigate scammers and those who want to harm animals. What I'm going to start doing is a project I would like to call the Better Human Society. Well, my original idea was a multi-purpose nonprofit with the one goal of the idea of a nonprofit shouldn't exist as humans should just help out without expecting anything back. Or something close to that. But right now, I'm not sure I want to start that myself yet. But I will start creating the content. You can get an idea of some of what I wrote for this website already by the following tag cloud tags:Animal and cats

My Youtube Video about this project

What we will be doing here is take a look at what I would like to call " The Save Luna Scam" where, according to the first post that came across my Facebook feed,

My cat doesn't even look like a cat anymore.
A stray dog tore Luna's face apart. The vet bill is $14,550 and I have days, not weeks, to save her sight.

At first, it looks legit, and I shared it for a minute before I discovered how sinister this shit was. It was actually a Facebook ad that came across my feed for this messed-up scam. See my screenshots below.

As soon as I dug into this more, I soon realised the horrible scam and deleted the post. The above screenshots are from my Facebook trash bin. The first Facebook profile I came across Sarafina Beardall from the ad: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61590510036715. Then, after doing a search using a search engine, I came across this Reddit post from over a year ago about this being a scam. See here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Scam_Finder/comments/1sz3r66/the_scam_continues_but_on_facebook_now_known_as/

So I started doing a kind of a deeper dive into this. The first was the donation link in the profile that kind of looked like a GoFundMe clone. The domain name ownership is hidden, which is something no legit business would do, and is commonly used by scammers. See here: https://whois.domaintools.com/joinfundrise.org. Also, the domain age is only 11 days old at the date/time of this post.

While digging, I also found these other profiles. Christian Lucero Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100068687618553, and has this WHOIS info for the donation domain associated with the profile: https://whois.domaintools.com/angelpawsfund.org, and what is known as a "Umbrella Domain: rescue-hearts.org". Then, we have
Nick Steward on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@nick_steward1977. Sarafina Beardall TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@sarafinabeardall. All in all, this fucking scam is pretty bad and made thousands of dollars off people thinking they were helping this cat talked about in my post. To make matters worse, the cat is actually owned by someone else, and his name is Chief. The cat's real owner has this TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@caramiasarafina

With all the above said, please be careful out there. Do a bit of research before forking out a bunch of money to some rando, let alone share said scams. I will be working exposing more of these scam and, as well as those looking to harm animals.
