Hello everyone and how is it going today? I hope you are all doing well. I'm ok but this is definitely a article I would have never thought I would ever write. With everything else going on in the world shit like this makes things. For those of you that don't know I have been in this advertising industry for a long time. Both as a user and as business owner, 2005 and 2010 respectively. So I have seen a lot of scammers over the years. Traffic exchanges from my experience have a higher rate of scams which is the beginning I was very serious in traffic exchange programs as much as I have been on paid-to-click or get-paid-to. Still to this day I have only ever been paid by one traffic exchange out of the many that existed.
I have also been writing about the industry for a long while as well. With all of the above said, the above makes it hard for us honest business owners to success without having shitty admins pulling funny stuff like what we will be discussing here. The fact that the issue has directly or indirectly slandered my business and almost created distrust among my users/advertisers. So much so that I make pursue legal action against the projects' owner. Either way it depend how the admin/owner of the business we discuss in this article.
So with this said I have both video and screenshot documentation that I will be sharing in this article. I also want to state that all programs list on our watch list does NOT mean thet site is a scam. It just means there are issues with the site for reason we discussed in the article when the site gets put on our watched list. I will also want to make a note that here on Thoughts Of Everything we do allow website/app/program owners to defend themself here and we are always will to work with you.
With the above said I have given this administrator one chance for an answer then they banned me from their support ticket system. I may try and contact them again with the other information I have gathered about this administrator. I just have way too much on my plate and lot of my investigations are just me doing the work plus the admin work on this website. Plus running my own business. The being said my business is what came across this fucked up situation. I never thought I would have ever experience this.
There is a dude named Barry Bogart who owns and runs three traffic exchanges from what I have gathered thus far. The name of these traffic exchanges are surfer-sanctuary.com, Aries-hits.com, and 6secsurf.club. Each link is a PDF file of the domain name's whois info from Domain Tools. I am only a member of Aries-hits.com, and 6secsurf.club.
So what happened? For those of you that don't know me or are new here I run a of all trade business and part of my business is advertising, online marketing, get-paid-to/paid-to-click and traffic exchange industries. The name of my advertising/marketing area of my business is called Peetree Ad Network: https://peetreeadnetwork.com/ and consists of 34 websites. I have been a registered business since 2010. I have a traffic exchange on the same script as Barry Bogart and I do attend the monthly owner meetings for LFMTE script. I'm also a paid reseller of LFMTE Script. I took over the development of a get-paid-to script called Maderite Scripts.
On one of my websites called Atomic PTC, I had a user submit a support ticket to me questioning the funny actions of the admin of surfer-sanctuary.com, Aries-hits.com, and 6secsurf.club blocking the Atomic PTC website from being advertised in the traffic exchange. It was stated that the admin deleted ever one of my user support tickets. I asked my user if a could share what was discussed in my support ticket but didn't get an answer so it is not need at the moment considering I experienced the same thing plus other stupid bullshit which you guys will see below.
So after here that stuff from my member I had to test it for my self as stuff like this by adding my website. I'm not a member at surfer-sanctuary.com so I can't test anything from there and in fact after my support ticket was deleted and banned from using the support ticket system, Mr. Barry Bogart block my Ip address from accessing it as if I would actually sign up there after the shit he pulled. I submitted my Atomic PTC website to the traffic exchange at 6secsurf.club, next time I checked my site was suspended from being advertised, I then opened a ticket got the email see my screenshot below.

The first part of the video is mainly my ticket and me typing out the ticket and submitting it. The there is a combination of looking at Aries-hits.com, and 6secsurf.club showing you guys that Atomic PTC was indeed blocked/suspended by this dude. Also you that surfer-sanctuary.com is indeed blocking me with the 403 forbidden error and me access the site with Tor.

I would also like to note that Barry Bogart and all of his traffic exchange website are NOT a registered business meaning it is a lot harder for members such as yourselves to have recover anything if the site disappear. One of the domain name is owner info is hidden but the other two currently have the info available. Here is the information in PDF format.

Some of the places I was gathering info about the business from so the other domain name also "REDACTED FOR PRIVACY" i.e. owner information is hidden which is common scammer thing to do so one can't track them down. So here is the information in case of

While digging into this rabbit hole I found on his LinkedIn profile I found he had ran another traffic exchange back in 2011 -2012ish. I don't know what happen, but I am assuming he closed it down and scammed his users. The traffic exchange he ran was trafficsanitarium.com and you can see the WaybackMachine here: https://web.archive.org/web/20260000000000*/trafficsanitarium.com.

surfer-sanctuary.com seems to have been registered before back in 2012 as this is same place I found those above TEs (traffic exchanges) also had this information. I pretty sure he reset the database and started the site over a second time poor members
As of the time of this post I may still be active. Though, I now will blocking all sites from being advertised on Atomic PTC and may block site on all my other 33 websites especially if I decide to take legal action. Barry Bogart directly or indirectly slandered my tradename Atomic PTC by not allowing the domain on website without any fucking answer to why. Atomic PTC users contact me about this which then questions the trust between the member and I. I have been working on my business trust reputation since 2010. I don't know the the fucking dude and don't deserve the treatment. But from past action of this guy I would advice you guy to go some where else as he will disappear an you hard work promote and all that would be for nothing. Speaking of promote the traffic driven to this dude's website from any of my site or advertising purchases will be included in any sort of legal action.
It's shit like this that makes me want to start a nonprofit to help people recover money from scammers. There is a lot going on here and it's crazy all the info I got and these programs are not on the scam list yet. But I give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
